Given the detailed technical nature of our work, email or chat is superior to voice. Although some issues are better handled over the phone. If the contact is non-technical, then we'll just resolve the issue presented in the ticket. We bill hands-on work at $150/hour. Issues that only we can fix (network, hardware, reboots) are always free. If they are not technical at all and your company won't be working with them anymore, it might be worthwhile for them to engage us with a support retainer. |
